Web Design and Development Services

3. We agrees to design and develop a website at the Clients request and will deliver the project under the agreed-upon conditions.
4. We collaborate closely with clients to fully grasp their brand identity and design preferences.
5. The Client will receive initial design concepts for review, based on the agreed terms.
6. The Client is responsible for providing detailed requirements including the structure, number of pages, and other relevant information.
7. The Client agrees to supply with satisfactory photography or imagery to be used in the design.
8. The Client acknowledges their responsibility to provide clear feedback and direction during the design process.
9. Any delay in providing feedback may impact project timelines.
10. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the project.

Content Writing Services

1. The Client acknowledges that The Service Provider is not liable for any errors, grammatical or otherwise, found in the material provided by the Client.
2. We agrees to resolve any errors or implement revisions requested by the Client. A maximum of two revisions are included; major design changes are not included in revisions.
3. We will not commence work on subsequent change requests until full payment for previous work has been received.
4. Due to the nature of business, The Service Provider will not be liable for issues such as website hacking, loss of rankings, or errors after the website has been delivered and approved by the Client.
5. The Client acknowledges that The Service Provider will include a "Website Design by HBS Innovations" link in the footer section of each website developed. Removal of this link will incur additional charges.
6. Annual maintenance will be provided at a rate of Rs 2000 per year once the website is live.
7. Clients may cancel website development or projects if work has not commenced. No cancellations will be accepted after 1 calendar day from project initiation.

Logo and Graphic Design Services

1. Our logo and graphic design services involve the creation of visual elements, including logos, icons, and graphics.
2. We work closely with clients to understand their brand identity and design preferences.
3. Clients receive initial design concepts for review and may request revisions as per the agreed terms.
4. Upon completion, the final designs are delivered to clients in formats suitable for both digital and print use.

General Terms

1. All services provided by the Service Provider are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Prices for services are outlined in our service agreements and may vary based on project scope and requirements.
3. A deposit may be required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion and delivery of final website.
4. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon terms and conditions specified in the invoice or service contract.
5. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
6. The Service Provider reserves the right to showcase the completed work in portfolios or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
